Christmas day in the kitchen can be a stressful time. 

Let Kenny and his team take the pressure from cooking Christmas Day Lunch,

 allowing you more time to enjoy the festive day with loved ones.

 

The team at House of Tides have created a special Three Course Christmas Lunch

with all the hard work being done for you.

 

The House of Tides team have prepared everything for you before it arrives,

all you need to do is finish off the dishes by reheating and simply plating up.

 

Each box contains everything you need to complete our beautiful 3 course menu including an inventory list to make sure it’s all there and a QR code to a video link of Kenny himself showing how simple it is to recreate.

 

There are also options to make your box extra special with a selection of wines, cocktails, cheeses and chocolates that can be added to enhance the Christmas menu experience.

12pm – 3pm on Saturday 23rd December from House of Tides.

Do I have to order online? 

Yes, all orders need to be placed through the link on our website 

 

How much cooking am I going to be required to do?

Our team of chefs have prepared everything for you before it arrives.

All you need to do is finish off the dishes by reheating.

 

Is there a gluten-free option?

I’m afraid we can’t cater to specific dietary requirements.

 

Can I add extra of anything?        

Absolutely. We have a selection of options such as wine, cocktails, cheese & chocolates that can be added to enhance the Christmas box experience.

 

How long can the food be kept for? 

Everything in your box is fresh so it will need to be consumed by 26th December.

Make sure when you receive your box the items are stored in the fridge until you’re ready to start preparing your meal.

 

Where do I store the food when I receive it?

Once you get your box, the contents must be stored in their containers in the fridge until you are ready to start preparing the meal.

 

Do I need to take the food out of the box it was delivered in? 

The internal packaging that holds all the individual dishes need to be stored in the fridge until you’re ready to start prepping.

 

What is the best before date? 

Everything in your box is fresh so it will need to be consumed by 26th December 2023. 

Make sure when you receive your box the items are stored in the fridge until you’re ready to start preparing your meal.

 

Can I specify a day for collection?

No, there are no other collection dates available. Your box can be collected on Saturday 23rd December from 12pm until 3pm.

Do you offer delivery of the boxes?

No, we are only able to offer a collection service.

Can I cancel my order? 

If you want to cancel your order, you need to do this by midnight on Sunday 17th December at the latest via email only info@houseoftides.co.uk  We will not be able to offer refunds to cancellations after this date.

 

My parcel contains an incorrect item or is missing an item, what do I do?

Please open your box and check off the items against the inventory in the box ASAP. 

Please email us with a contact number to info@houseoftides.co.uk so that we can arrange for the correct item to be sent out to you as soon as possible.

 

Does anything need seasoning or is it already seasoned? 

Everything will be seasoned to our standard except a few items but these will all be explained in the instructional video. You can add a little bit of salt depending on your own personal taste.
