Can I walk in without a reservation?
Yes, we do welcome walk-ins, but please be aware that we cannot guarantee a table. We strongly recommend booking a table in advance to avoid disappointment.

How accessible is House of Tides?
Yes, please inform us when making a reservation if you or any member of your party will require wheelchair access. Due to the nature of the building, we cannot accommodate wheelchair access onto the main restaurant floor. We can accommodate wheelchair access on the ground floor dining area. Disabled toilets are available on the ground floor.
What happens if I am running late?
Please arrive on time for your booking, contact email@example.com if you are running late. Please note that arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in missing part of your experience.

What menu do you offer?
We can offer a vegetarian/pescatarian alternatives. When making a booking, please inform us if you have any dietary requirements as we need to know in advance so that we can prepare an appropriate menu for you.
With notice, we can adapt our menu to cater for most dietary requirements.

What is your restaurant cancellation policy?
We now require a minimum of 7 days notice for a table cancellation.
If we receive a cancellation within this notice period, the deposit paid will be non-refundable.
This also goes for any cancellations in reduction of table size within the 7 days notice period.
If more than 7 days notice is given we will refund the deposit.
What payment do you require to make a reservation?
When does your menu change?
We have no set date for a “full menu change” as we do not change the whole menu at once.
The menu tends to evolve across the seasons as various produce becomes available from our suppliers.

What are the opening hours?
Lunch: 12pm – 1.30pm Thursday to Saturday
Dinner: 6pm – 9pm Wednesday to Saturday
Closed: Sunday, Monday & Tuesday
Do you accept Amex?
Yes, we do accept Amex as a payment method.
